Refund policy
This policy applies to UK orders only.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Because our products are curated gift sets that include candles, décor and jewellery, returns are only accepted in limited cases.
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only considered if an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

It must be in its original packaging

You must have a proof of purchase

You must contact us first before sending anything back
You must pack the items securely so they’re protected in transit. We may reduce or refuse a refund if items are returned damaged due to poor packaging.
How to request a return
To start a return, please contact us at nuvorekreation.uk@icloud.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your return is accepted, we’ll confirm the return details and return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed as damaged or incorrect on arrival.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if:

Your item is damaged,

You received the wrong item, or

There is a missing item in your gift set.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

Curated gift sets that have been opened, used or partially used

Candles that have been lit

Personalised or custom-made items

Sale items or promotional bundles

Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before requesting a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you would like instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card provider to process and show the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at nuvorekreation.uk@icloud.com.
